Easy to use – Plug and play feed system
The Vibro-I Feed System with intuitive controls and datalogging is delivered on a frame and can easily be connected to a Vibro-I.
Suitable for food and pharma production
All engineering solutions are sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials.
Small footprint and movable
The Vibro-I Feed System can be used in any lab or production unit due to the small footprint. Furthermore, the system is on wheels.
The Vibro-I Feed System consists of:
- Feed / CIP tank 60 l
- Feed pump
- Mix flow pump
- 2-3 pressure indicators
- 1 temperature indicator
- Option for flow indicators for Mix flow, Permeate and Retentate
- HMI including data logging
Easy to use – Plug and play feed system
Together with a Vibro-I (2.5 – 20 m²) the Vibro-I Feed System is the perfect pilot and production unit for continues and batch membrane filtration. It can operate in both ‘mix flow’ and ‘over the tank’ mode by a simple reconnection of the pipes and is suitable for all microfiltration and ultrafiltration applications (0.05-4 bar): from high transmission microfiltration – to cell harvesting / concentration – to ultra-high viscosity and high solids loads. The Vibro-I Feed System has a simple and intuitive interface with data logging.

The Vibro-I Feed System can be used for food and pharmaceutical production as the unit is sanitary and all parts in media contact are in FDA / EC 1935/2004 compliant materials.
Small footprint and movable
Due to the compact design with a footprint of as little as 65 x 90 cm, the Vibro-I Feed System can be used in almost any site and lab. The unit is delivered on a stainless-steel frame on wheels, and there is no need for onsite mechanical work – just plug in the power and start processing.
Mix Flow Mode
Mix flow mode is a continuous microfiltration and ultrafiltration mode where an internal mixing pump with a slow and gentle pumping ensures a homogeneous concentration in the entire loop to avoid fouling and blocking when high viscosity or high solids load are encountered.
Over Tank Mode
Over the tank mode is a microfiltration batch mode where the media is gradually concentrated. This mode is especially effective when working with high concentration factors in small and simple systems and to mimic the process in larger industrial installations.
